2.4. Participates in drafting long-term and current production development plans, developing rational organizational structures for production management.

2.5. Develops measures to improve labor processes and operations performed in the management apparatus, document flow systems and control over the passage of documents, the use of modern technical management tools with the necessary calculations of the economic efficiency of their implementation.

2.6. Organizes work on designing methods for performing management work, drawing up regulations on structural divisions, job descriptions for employees, and ensures that the necessary changes and additions are made to them.

2.7. Develops, together with relevant departments and services, proposals for improving production management.

2.8. Participates in work to simplify and reduce the cost of the management apparatus, improve the activities of functional services, their interrelation, operational regulation of the production process, and in the preparation of proposals to improve the level of management organization in the process of production development.

2.9. Monitors compliance with the requirements for the rational organization of labor and production management in the preparation of projects for expansion and reconstruction of enterprises or their repurposing, plans for the introduction of new equipment and advanced technology, mechanization and automation of production.

2.10. Monitors the application of centrally developed intersectoral and sectoral methodological and regulatory materials on the organization of production management.

2.11. Studies and summarizes advanced domestic and foreign experience in the field of organizing production management, develops measures for its implementation.
